Autumn Meadows is conveniently located minutes from I76 & I71. For more information on our town, please visit The Village of Seville website. You'll find a complete, current, list of all Village Officials, Officers, Services and a little history of the town.

I think you'll find we have excellent Police, Fire and EMS services, our Streets Department keeps everything moving along all year and the Board of Public Affairs keeps our water and electric flowing during needed times.

Speaking of parks, check out the Medina County Parks website for a full list of all County Parks! You'll find a long list of facilities, programs and activities all over the county. Big, terrific fishing lakes, miles of walking trails and all within a very short drive or walk of your new home.

The primary purpose of the Design Guidelines is to familiarize Autumn Meadows Lot Owners with the objectives, scope and application of the overall design review criteria, specific design guidelines and property maintenance standards which are intended, and will be enforced, to maintain the aesthetic appearance and environmental quality of the Autumn Meadows Community. Familiarity with the Design Guidelines should assist Lot Owners in the preparation of applications for modifications to their property which are consistent with the design standards and guidelines and in the maintenance of their property in compliance with the property maintenance standards.
